Part of the 4th book, as i have resumed writing it.
these are a mixture of people joined together.
one is my son jacob, (Jocab)
and the other is my step grandson Mitchell (Mitnell)
Cold winds blow sideways sharp ice,
Cazzille keeps his coat spread to be nice,
Maraya smiles back at him, while Jocab looks at the ground,
“Recent steps.” He points while gazing around,
“I smell smoke.” Mitnell sniffs, walking further to see a hut,
Amelia smells the air too, making a gurgle happen in her gut,
Hungry and cold, she moves forwards first,
Driven by a need and a love for thirst,
Jocab touches her shoulder to take her from the phase,
As he too has not eaten for many days,
Maraya squints her eyes, having good vision at long sight,
Knowing they must enter, friendly or not to spend the night,
Seeing no movement or recent activity anywhere around the door,
Maraya and Cazzille move to a better position in order to see more,
Jocab goes the other way, trying to see through the window in the side,
Only seeing what is cooking, he makes a choice to go inside,
Cloaking himself in a shadow, not so easy against the snow,
Opening the door, he enters the hut, being silent and slow,
Nothing heard, nothing there, Jocab stays aware,
A door opens inside, giving the occupant a scare,
He falls back inside the toilet holding his chest,
Then starts to breathe, while not very impressed,
“Who are you?” the man asks as Jocab holds his blade,
“I am Jocab of the dark assassins.” He reveals as the shadows fade,
“Your just a boy.” The man sees and relaxes from his breath,
Jocab helps him up, “Oh I thought I was going to die.” The man thought of his death,
The others stand at the door, cold and shivering wanting to come in,
“Welcome, I am Clancy.” He bows, inviting them to a meal with a grin.
