Masters Disgrace
elegant clothes draped over the masters shoulder,
walking past the cracked paint of the walls getting older,
one of his children stand near the doorway alone,
as the other comes out looking a little older but still a clone,
he looks at them both with blankness on his unimpressed face,
then walking past them as if they are a complete disgrace,
they all sleep in their rooms for the night is dark,
a candle falls to the floor igniting the sheets with a spark,
the flames burn through the house and smoke the halls,
as the children wake up shouting loudly long calls,
they run to their fathers door but find it locked,
hitting it harder as each time more they knocked,
the flames burn more as the children keep trying,
wanting to save their father while pushing and crying,
the fire takes them both as fire heats the door,
rushing underneath while burning the floor,
lighting the room being empty of the master,
as he escaped out the window before the disaster.
