his hammer hits down more hard on the nail,
metal on metal bashing hard on the hand rail,
preventing someone falling from the top,
with a sign showing this is where to stop,
enjoy the view with a fence to see through,
tightened in with thick metal mesh under a screw,
people come and complain about it being in the way,
when before someone complained different the previous day,
they said there should be a fence because someone might fall,
after a child almost went over after losing their ball,
