No time left to be angry or full of hate,
so many emotions passing through,

these must happen in their own course,
don't try to push it or give it force,
because that will only bring more hurt,
just be aware of the stages and remain alert,
and just know people are here if you need,
the knife in your back may still bleed,
but we are here if you need a hand,
just give it time like the hours through sand.
