He ran from them as quick as he could,
turning back to save her a thought of he should,
but the fear was something he couldn't face,
then with thoughts of her in his embrace,
stopping on the track as they catch up to him,
with the light of the day beginning to dim,
glowing eyes of light behind faces of dark skin,
a group of too many for him to make a win,
but the love in his heart takes hold of his soul,
reaching his hand and kicking one into a deep hole,
the others move back as he growls loudest of all,
showing his muscles to seem more tall,
the others have fear of him breaking their backs,
as he moves closer beginning his attacks,
their fear becomes a reality as he breaks them fast,
killing them quickly until there is one last,
the smallest of all begins to run away,
as he lets it go to fight another day,
returning to his love capture by them before,
as he opens the cage to completely love and adore.
